Sepilok Nature Lodge

Hidden amongst a veritable treasure trove of tropical plants including spectacular orchids in bloom, the quaint bungalows of the Sepilok Nature Resort are within walking distance of the world-famous Kabili-Sepilok Forest Reserve, precious home of the last wild orangutans of Northern Borneo. The Resort is a short five minute walk from the gates of Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and probably the nicest accommodation located this close to Sepilok.

The twin and double chalets all come with ceiling fan, air-conditioning and small balconies. The chalets are large and airy and include satellite TV and basic in-room amenities. The Resort restaurant offers buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner (there is also an a-la-carte menu available) and there is an interesting orchid garden at the back of the resort which is worth a walk around.
