Barahi Jungle Lodge is located along the Rapti River, opposite Chitwan National Park, within 12 hectares of land that has been reforested since 2012. The lodge features 28 individual huts, three double huts with interconnecting rooms, and a two-bedroom suite, all constructed with locally sourced materials.
Facilities include a pool with views of the river and park, a spa, and cultural dance performances by local Tharu and Kumal groups. Nearly all staff are from nearby villages, and the lodge implements sustainable practices, including food waste recycling and a no single-use plastic policy.
