Enjoy the most magnificent locations of Norway on this exclusive escorted coach tour. Experience the stunning scenery of the majestic Geirangerfjord and the famous Sognefjord. Explore Bergen and the capital of Norway, Oslo. The tour also includes the spectacular Flåm Railway as well as an excursion in Troll cars to the Briksdal Glacier, whilst staying at first class hotels with the best locations.
Tour Itinerary
Fly to Bergen and transfer to the Hotel. Meet your tour escort and driver at 19:00hrs for a short introduction. Dinner at leisure on your own.
After breakfast, join a 2-hour city sightseeing tour of Bergen with a local guide, including a visit to the popular fish and flower market and the famous Bryggen Harbour. Afterwards take a return ride on the Bergen Funicular to the top of Mount Fløien. From here, enjoy great views over the fjords. Continue north by coach to Oppedal for a short ferry crossing to Lavik.Continue to drive along the Sognefjord to the beautiful resort of Balestrand. Dinner and accommodation in superior rooms at Kviknes Hotel. (B,D)
Enjoy a free day in Balestrand to enjoy the outstanding beauty and nature of the fjords. Perhaps spend the morning relaxing on the hotel terrace, taking in the fresh mountain air and enjoying the spectacular views. We recommend a visit to the local aquarium and art gallery, or perhaps renting a bike or rowing boat from the hotel. A walking tour of the village of Balestrand with its historic buildings is a must. Embark on a ferry from Dragsvik to Hella before a picturesque drive to Sogndal. The tour continues by road to Fjærland,passing under Jostedal Glacier, the largest in Europe, to the village of Skei.Descend to the Nord Fjord, making a detour to visit Briksdal Glacier. Lunch will be at a local restaurant before making the excursion up to the glacier by open cars - Troll cars - Return to Olden and arrive in Loen, a small village situated by the fjord.

After breakfast, depart by coach to Hellesylt. Enjoy a cruise on the Geirangerfjord, one of the narrowest fjords in Norway. Experience magnificent waterfalls such as the 'Seven Sisters' and 'Bridal Veil'. After lunch,the journey continues to Lom, well known for its 14th century Stave church, before descending the Gidbrands Valley to the charming town of Lillehammer.

After breakfast, drive alongside Lake Mjøsa, Norway's largest lake.Visit the Holmenkollen Ski Museum & Tower, where you can discover the world's oldest ski museum. Drive back down towards Oslo and check-in at the hotel.Dinner is at leisure on your own.(B)
